Catchy and beautiful sounding bit pop. Very original sound to it. Cheers!

I remember this from the show. I just recently watched a lot of the first "league" (or season, if you will) and when I saw this part I instantly remembered it and chuckled. Cool to see I'm not the only one who remembers it, lol. Nice job, I admire your ability to put strange ideas to work.
Author's Response:
I do have a rather bad habit of doing that, don't I? XD
In any case, I'm glad it spurred some happy memories for you, and thanks for listening in!

The composition is excellent, I hope you didn't use a MIDI for it. The volume levels are perfect. I'm not feeling the instruments though. They sound a little too phony. They are a little weak sounding, not full enough.
Author's Response:
thanks for the review! i have no good sounding instruments though.
they all suck.

You used Peach and Toad VSTs. Your friend was right because the Nintendo Entertainment System only had 2 square wave channels, 1 triange wave channel, 1 noise channel, and a channel for importing low quality sound files. Your song is repetitive, but it is nice. The slides were nice to have in there too.
Author's Response:
Yeah It's also repeditive 'cause I looped it twice. I do that with most songs... You're absolutly right with the VSTs as well. I never knew that about Nintendo. Maybe I'll make a very simple version. I started working on a 32-bit version as well but doens't seem to be going very well.

Yes, it's very pretty, and I remember the nice little melody very well. This sounds very nice, and the piano sounds good, but there is still a lot more that can be done with this song then just a 50 second FL Studio piano piece.

I GOT BORED OKAY?!! =(

"Works nicely, sounds beautiful."
Works like a charm, great use of triangle waves for some of the instruments. Only reason I didn't 10 vote it is because some percussion (noise waves) would be nice.
Check out my profile if you wanna check out my 8bit tunes.

What!? Another 8-bit mixer!? Great... there's me, the8bitmixer, and you... Three rivals!!!

I think you did a great job, lots of good instrument choices. Especially love the guitar sounding synth. The background seems to lack some sort of depth though, idk if it's the lack of bass or what.

I loved the industrial sounds, but the percussion maybe should have been stronger. I'm kinda undecided on whether that would be better or not. 0_o
Overall great though!

Sounds like Gojira.
Author's Response:
Yeah like "Ocean Planet"
I noticed that too, although I didn't know that song when I composed mine! :s
Anyway, thx for the review and the comparison, it touches me a lot :)

Nice, but the piano could sound better. About going to TGS, that sounds fucking sweet. Wish I could go some day.
